🌾 KS1 Harvest Assembly 🌾 Our KS1 children enjoyed a special Harvest assembly led by our KS2 Worship Leaders, who came across to share the importance of Harvest and the value of giving thanks for the food we have. The children had the opportunity to look at the generous food donations kindly given by our St John’s families. We are incredibly grateful for the kindness and generosity shown by our school community, helping us to live out our SHINE values of Service, Hope, Integrity, Nurture and Empathy. 💙

At the end of the summer term, we had a whole school event about being globally curious as part of the Great Science Share for Schools. Pupils were given an information pack and invited to plant an unknown seed which they could look after over summer. It has been so lovely to see the enthusiasm of our children who have returned in September telling us all about what has grown. Well done everyone! What a fantastic group of globally curious scientists we have at St John's!
